Over our long involvement in the construction industry, Edward Pearce has received thousands of commissions from every sector. Today we continue our success across all sectors and have found that due to our sensitive appreciation of services in historic and listed status buildings we now have a large portfolio of commissions in this niche market. We have also developed a strong involvement in healthcare services and have many such projects across the UK.
The Practice is now based in its own office in Surbiton in Surrey, fifteen minutes by train from the centre of London and with easy access to the M25, the Practice is ideally placed for commissions throughout the UK. Currently 70% of the Practice’s workload is high quality residential listed buildings.
Although a percentage of our commissions are repeat business from satisfied clients, we are keen to forge new relationships with new clients based on our commended diligent, honest and friendly ethos.
We have a very low turnover of staff with many having celebrated 25 or 30 years employment. We know that our clients value the benefit of engineers seeing projects through from inception to completion.

The Practice has operated a Quality Assurance System on all projects since 1993. The system is externally audited by ISOQAR
The system controls all aspects of our work from initial enquiry to project completion. Mr Stuart Gatherer, a Senior Associate of the Practice, is the Quality Manager. The Partners and staff are fully committed to operating and maintaining the Quality Assurance System.
Edward Pearce have been members of the Association of Consulting Engineers for the past 50 years.
